The Teleconference Coaching Series has been designed to equip Agents with a full understanding of the Real-Leads® System including basic technology, management of leads and Internet application. You, as the Agent, will acquire specific advertising and marketing techniques and learn how they apply to your telephonic program.
The sessions occur on a bi-weekly basis via speaker phone to all enrolled members. Calls are arranged, scheduled and delivered by members of our Coaching Department; all Lead Generation Specialists who have used the
Real-Leads® System. You, as the Agent, will learn how the system works following the outline presented in your Handbook received with enrollment.
The first session includes the recording of your Personal Greeting and Property Descriptions and the installation of Fax Feature Sheets. Tips are given and suggestions are made with full opportunity available for questions and answers throughout. Some topics covered include reductions, FSBO'S, and the Listing Presentation and how they relate to your marketing efforts with Real-Leads®. Implement the system properly and your Coach will guarantee that you walk away from every Listing Presentation with that listing intact.
You will find that using your new system is fast and simple. Once familiar with the basic functions of the Real-Leads® technology, you will learn specific methods of leads management as they are generated through your 1-800 number and extension numbers. This includes the for sale sign, advertised publications and the Internet. Making you an Agent with full exposure and giving you the knowledge to efficiently manage qualified leads is the goal of
our Coaching Department.
