What is Real-Leads®?

Through advertising techniques and telephonic technology, you will save over 60% on your current advertising efforts.  Here is how it works…

Every Caller responding to your advertised 1-800 number enters our main system and is guided through a series of prompts.  The questions asked require a response from the Caller via their touch tone phone.  After entering the particular extension number they are interested in, your recording gives an explanation of the property.  You may include details such as price, location, square footage, etc.  They are presented with such options as leaving you Voice Mail or requesting an information sheet sent to them via their fax machine.  If the Caller chooses to leave you Voice Mail or requests to receive a Fax Feature Sheet, you will be paged immediately with the Caller's phone number and the extension they have shown interest in.

All responses are captured by our main system and compiled onto your Lead Report.  This report contains qualifying information related to the Caller such as time and date of call, extension number chosen, and whether or not a Fax Feature Sheet was requested and received.  The Lead Report will show if the call was made from a publication, the for sale sign, or, the Internet.  All this data is available to you, the Agent, on demand by either fax or e-mail.

Each new member chooses a PIN code providing confidential access to our main system.  This allows you to record Verbal Descriptions and install Fax Feature Sheets, as well as retrieve your Voice Mail and Lead Report.

When you enroll with Real-Leads®, you will be issued a block of extension numbers and easy to mount rider signs.  Each extension will commence with your recorded greeting welcoming Callers to your 24hr information line and can be updated and revised as often as you like and at any time.  You can use the extensions in ALL of your advertising efforts and will find the opportunity to effectively promote listings, yourself, your brokerage, your town… specifically targeting Buyers and/or Sellers through Verbal Descriptions and fax-back technology!
